Shovi Group specializes in acquiring, operating, and growing digital businesses, particularly in Interactive Entertainment, the Mobile App Economy, and Digital Content.

We are entrepreneurial investors and owner-operators who apply a value-oriented investment approach to high-growth opportunities. By nature, digital businesses have the ability to inflect and scale, presenting asymmetric upside. We try to identify companies that have such potential along with a strong underlying core business that can be further optimized.

Led by Eric Rapps, former Chief Strategy Officer of Playtika Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: PLTK) a multi-billion dollar leader in mobile gaming, Shovi Group is one of the few investors that has a deep, specialized understanding of the nuances, complexities, and risks of investing in and operating businesses across these verticals.
What We Do​
We invest in and acquire digital businesses, particularly in Interactive Entertainment, the Mobile App Economy, and Digital Content.

We aim to grow operating cash flow through various avenues depending on the specific needs of each company. These include operations and best practices related to marketing and monetization, ​organizational structuring and management, financial discipline and capital solutions, and M&A.
​
We leverage our experience in these sectors and our robust network of financial partners and operators across regions where the talent for these types of businesses is particularly strong, notably Tel Aviv, the UK, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and the U.S.

We are hands-on partners and flexible in our approach. We can work closely with existing management teams at the operational level or more strategically at the board level, and we can also take on managerial responsibilities should management want to pursue a different path.
